Products and fulfilment

MP SKN sells skincare products through its online store. Orders are fulfilled through our dropshipping partner, Selfnamed, which prepares and dispatches products directly to customers. Your purchase contract is with Elina Popescu trading as MP SKN. We remain your contact for orders, delivery enquiries, cancellations, returns, refunds and complaints.

Product returns

Eligible change-of-mind returns are sent to Elina Popescu — MP SKN Returns at the Kingston Upon Thames address above. Please follow our Returns and Refunds Policy for the procedure.
