These terms apply to use of www.mpskn.uk and consumer purchases from the MP SKN online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy before ordering. You can save or print these terms for your records.

Your seller

Your contract is with Elina Popescu trading as MP SKN. MP SKN is a trading name, not a separate incorporated company. Our business and correspondence address is Earlsfield House, Flat 18, Royal Quarter, Seven Kings Way, Kingston Upon Thames, KT2 5BG, United Kingdom. Email: team.mpskn@gmail.com. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Elina Popescu.

Selfnamed fulfilment

We use Selfnamed as our dropshipping fulfilment partner. Selfnamed prepares and dispatches orders directly to customers. MP SKN remains your seller and handles enquiries, cancellations, delivery issues, returns, refunds and complaints. Our arrangements with Selfnamed do not reduce your rights against us.

Placing an order

These store terms cover purchases for personal use. For wholesale or commercial resale enquiries, contact us before ordering. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase contract and authorised to use the payment method. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review the products, quantities, delivery charges and total before submitting payment.

Acceptance of your order

Submitting an order is an offer to buy the listed goods. We acknowledge receipt by email. A purchase contract is formed when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. A receipt acknowledgement alone is not acceptance. If we cannot accept an order because of availability, a material listing error, an unsupported destination or a payment issue, we will tell you and refund any payment taken without undue delay.

If only part of an order is accepted, we will identify the accepted items. We will not substitute products, increase the agreed price or impose additional charges without your agreement. You may withdraw an unaccepted offer; once accepted, the cancellation rights in our Returns and Refunds Policy apply.

Prices and payment

The currency, product prices, applicable taxes collected by us, delivery costs and total payable are shown before you pay. Any import charges payable separately are explained before purchase as set out in the Shipping Policy. Payment methods are those available at checkout. Payment may be taken when the order is placed; taking payment alone does not change the acceptance process above. Price changes apply to future orders, not orders already accepted.

Product information and use

Product descriptions, sizes, ingredients and relevant instructions are provided on the product pages and packaging. Check these before ordering and follow the supplied directions, warnings and storage instructions. Screen settings can affect colour appearance, but this does not excuse goods that materially differ from their description.

Products are cosmetic products unless expressly stated otherwise. General website content is not an individual diagnosis or medical treatment advice. Individual results and tolerance vary. Nothing in this paragraph limits our responsibility for product safety, accurate descriptions or goods that conform to your consumer rights.

Delivery

The available destinations, delivery services, charges and estimated delivery periods are provided before purchase. Orders are fulfilled through Selfnamed as described in the Shipping Policy. MP SKN handles missing, damaged or late deliveries and remains responsible for goods until they are physically received by you or your nominated recipient, subject to the legal exception for a carrier you independently commission.

Cancellation returns and refunds

You can cancel an eligible online purchase during the period stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy, normally until 14 days after receipt, with a further 14 days to send goods back. Eligible change-of-mind returns go to our Kingston address. The policy explains the hygiene-seal exception, return costs, refund deadlines and includes a cancellation form. We offer no additional voluntary return period. Production starting does not by itself remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Goods must meet the legal requirements for quality, description and fitness for purpose. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods may qualify for a refund, replacement, repair or price reduction as the law provides. A supplier’s refusal to accept a return does not override your rights against MP SKN. Contact us directly for a remedy.

Promotions and mailing list

Each promotion states its eligibility, validity period and any limits before you use it. Discounts reduce the amount paid for the relevant products and therefore the corresponding refund amount. A promotion does not reduce statutory rights. Joining our mailing list is free and is not an order or stock reservation. Any early-access opportunity or discount is described when announced.

Privacy and order information

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information to process payments, fulfil orders, provide support and send marketing where permitted. Order and delivery information is shared with Selfnamed, carriers and relevant service providers as needed for fulfilment. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and your choices. Marketing signup is optional and separate from buying; you can unsubscribe through our emails or by contacting us.

Website content and acceptable use

Our website content and branding belong to us or are used with permission unless otherwise stated. You may browse, save purchase information for personal use and share links. Commercial reuse requires permission unless permitted by law. Do not impersonate another person, misuse payment information, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access.

Availability and external links

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or security. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; their content and operation are outside our control. This does not remove our responsibility for the services we arrange to perform your purchase contract.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. A loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence or was contemplated by you and us when the contract was made. These consumer terms do not provide a business-use warranty or limit any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, defective products where liability cannot be excluded, or any other liability which the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. No liability cap based on the order value is imposed by these terms.

Complaints

Email team.mpskn@gmail.com with your order reference and a description of the issue, or write to our address above. We will review the complaint, request relevant information where needed and explain the proposed resolution. We handle communication with Selfnamed where fulfilment is involved. If a complaint remains unresolved, we will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by law. You retain the right to seek legal remedies.

Changes and existing orders

We may update these terms for future orders, showing the revised date. The version supplied for your accepted order continues to apply unless you agree to a lawful change. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply as far as the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in their home courts that apply under the law. A choice of English law does not deprive you of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
